How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Standard deliveries usually take 7-14 business days, while express options are faster (3-7 business days). How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. This email contains an order number as well as an overview of the products ordered, the total amount and the delivery address. If you receive this email, your order has been successfully entered into our system. If you do not receive a confirmation, please also check your spam folder. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Once an order has been completed and confirmed, changes to the delivery address cannot be made. If you find that the address is incorrect or needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form. We will do our best to make the change before shipping, but cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
