Returns at Amaya – step by step:
To ensure a smooth return, we ask our customers to carefully follow the steps below:
1. Contact:
Send us an email to amayaofficial@outlook.de with your order number and state which items you would like to return (see sample cancellation form).
2. Return:
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on which items need to be shipped together or separately.
3. Packaging and shipping:
Pack the items securely and make sure they are in perfect condition. The shipping costs for returns are 5.99 euros for returns within Germany; these direct costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
4. Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued according to our return policy. Please note that the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
For international returns:
If you are returning from abroad, we will coordinate the process with you individually to ensure an uncomplicated return.
Please note that a refund can only be guaranteed if all of the above conditions are met.
